Triple glazed flush casement windows
Flush sashes give a neater, more traditional face than standard casements, which is why they suit cottages, Edwardian homes and conservation areas. They come in uPVC with woodgrain finishes, in timber, and in aluminium.

Summary
A flush casement window has sashes that close flush with the outer frame instead of overlapping it, copying the look of traditional timber windows. Triple glazed flush casements combine that period look with a three-pane sealed unit.

Why flush sashes suit older homes
Before uPVC, most timber casements were flush. Standard uPVC casements overlap the frame, which looks bulkier. A flush sash removes that step, so the window looks closer to the original. In conservation areas, that can make the difference between a straightforward approval and a refusal.
Weight and hardware
The flush design hides the hinge line, so hardware has to be chosen for the triple glass weight. We use systems rated for the unit, and fit restrictors and escape hinges where needed.
