Who we are
S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925, Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG) is the data controller for information collected through this website, including enquiry forms, the guide-price tool, live chat and analytics. When you go ahead with a survey, quote or contract, S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889, same address), which trades as Triple-Glazed Windows, is the controller for your quote, contract and job records. Both companies are part of the S&K Group. S&K Group Holdings Ltd passes your enquiry to S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd so it can arrange your survey and quote.

Who we share it with
- S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, to arrange your survey, quote and installation
- Installation teams working for us on your job, who receive only what they need to carry it out
- Service providers acting for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), Tawk.to (live chat), Google (analytics, only with consent), Netlify (website hosting), our email provider
- Building control bodies and competent person schemes in England and Wales, to register and certify your installation
We do not sell your information or pass it to other companies for their own marketing.
Do you have to give us your details?
No. You only need to give us contact details if you want a survey or quote; without them we cannot arrange one. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not profile you.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it to be transferred, and withdraw consent at any time (for example by changing your cookie choice).
